Doesn't matter who is it coming from, but just to go through with it annoys me completely. The feeling that someone is not talking to you, or ignoring you, is not good. In my mind I'm constantly thinking about, what is that person thinking? or Will that person ever talk to me again? But the problem is that I myself use the same treatment. Every time I get mad at someone, I just don't talk to them. It's like I cross them out in my mind. To me they don't even exist anymore. Is just my way of releasing my anger.
